Product and Services Innovation, Research and Development;
Productivity Methods, Project Management, Learning and Best Practices; and
Collaboration, Partnerships, Referrals, and Career Growth.
We had a full house last night at Ned Devine's in Milton to hear our guest speaker John Kuypers, President of Performance Shift Consulting speak to us about:
Every entrepreneur dreams of building a fast-growing, profitable business. Given the right offerings, commitment and financing, it will happen. When it does, you need to scale up! If you do this poorly, quality drops, deadlines get missed and customers get unhappy. Furthermore, management ends up working 70+ hours a week! John presented two compelling leadership techniques that high-growth business leaders need to master if they want to scale up without dropping the ball along the way.
The first leadership technique is how to structure, assign and shift workload clearly and cooperatively in order to build a high-functioning organization. The second technique resolves interpersonal leadership challenges openly and collaboratively in order to get key people onto the same page. These techniques are derived from John’s acclaimed leadership book, www.WhosTheDriverAnyway.com
